How to Make Your Own Wedding Veil

There are lots of reasons that you might want to learn how to make your own custom wedding veil. You may be planning on wearing lime green or black and are having a hard time finding the right wedding veil. Or maybe you want a specific colored flower or trim and all you can find is white.  The fabric you choose can be whatever you want. I would make sure it looks nice with you wedding dress before going to wild. Your only restriction is what you can see through. Some fun fabric ideas are fishnet and lace.

Your basic hair clip options are between a barrette, a head band, and a hair comb. How you choose will rest on how you want to wear your hair and whether or not you'll want to wear the veil during the reception. You'll want to make sure the surface is large enough to attach your fabric and any embellishments to as well.

 Common embellishments are flowers, pearls, glass beads or ribbon. The embellishments don't have to be common, though. You can stick whatever you want on there. It is your wedding after all!
